Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Email hello@mybelovedjewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@mybelovedjewelry.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
