The Site is operated by Beloved Jewelry, based in Boerne, Texas. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products and their prices accurately, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any order, even after an order has been submitted.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Beloved Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beloved Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
